At Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station, Trip.com transformed a high-traffic transit space into an immersive travel experience, designed to spark inspiration during peak travel season.
Photo booths were strategically placed within the station, inviting commuters to step in, interact, and capture travel-themed moments in the middle of their daily commute. Surrounded by vibrant destination visuals, the activation turned a routine journey into a moment of escape.
Each interaction was designed to go beyond awareness. Commuters walked away with printed photos, creating a tangible takeaway while naturally encouraging social sharing and extended reach beyond the station.
By combining immersive visuals with interactive elements, the campaign moved beyond passive viewing. It created participation, drove engagement on the ground, and brought Trip.com closer to consumers at a moment when travel intent is highest.
