#MooveSurprises Terms and Conditions

1. This contest is organised by Moove Media Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Moove Media”).
2. The contest period is until 31 December 2019.
3. The contest will be held on Instagram (hereinafter referred to as “social media”).
4. The following conditions must be fulfilled for an entry to be considered valid for the purposes of this contest.
1. The participant’s social media is public and posts are visible to Moove Media,
2. A photo of the gift box is uploaded on their social media feed,
3. The photo is accompanied by a caption and the hashtag “#MooveSurprises”,
4. The participant tags @moovemediaooh and the participating brand’s social media handle or hashtag and
5. The participant is not a Moove Media staff.
5. 7 entries from Instagram will be chosen as winners based on the best combination of picture and caption.
6. Winners will be announced on Moove Media’s social media on, or after, 20 January 2020.
7. Prize collection is strictly by appointment basis through the Moove Media Prize Collection webpage.
8. A participant cannot win more than once.
9. Each winner will win premiums of an estimated SGD500 in value (hereinafter referred to as “prizes”).
10. Prizes are provided by participating brands (Avex Asia, Contiki Holidays, Pentel Singapore, Royal Caribbean, SuperPark Singapore, Tiger Beer, and Wildlife Reserves Singapore).
11. Prizes to be won will be at the discretion of Moove Media and participating brands.
12. Prizes to be given to each winner will be at the discretion of Moove Media and participating brands.
13. Prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash, credits, or otherwise.
14. Prizes are not for resale.
15. Moove Media and the participating brands reserves the right to substitute or replace the prize with another item, or items, of similar value.
16. Winners must collect their prizes by 6 March 2020 unless stated otherwise. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
17. Winners whose prizes have been forfeited shall not be entitled to payment or compensation notwithstanding non-receipt of notification.
18. This contest is by no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
19. Moove Media may collect the participants’ personal details for internal audit and verification purposes.
20. Participants’ details will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.
21. Participants’ details will only be used for the purpose of this contest and will be destroyed thereafter.
22. Moove Media has, and will, take reasonable steps to ensure that all data collected, used, and disclosed is in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act.
23. By taking part in the “#MooveSurprises” contest, the participant will, with immediate effect, agree to all terms and conditions.
24. Moove Media reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice or reason.
